Born & raised in New York, Eric Fabian is the proud owner and founder of Urban 360 pizza. After growing & selling three successful restaurant concepts, Chef Eric opened Urban 360 Pizza in 2018.
WEI COO
With a Masters in Business Psychology and 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Wei Fabian’s unique career has allowed her to observe operations of over 300 restaurant a year. Wei is able to bring this experience to provide solutions for each Urban 360 Pizza location.
TYLER OPERATIONS MANAGER
From a young age, Tyler Fabian has been in the kitchen helping his dad and observing the standards & practices that make a successful restaurant. Tyler keeps the menu fresh and exciting by keeping up with trends in the ever-changing culinary world.
